By accessing and using Pirulo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Pirulo for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Commercial use of the platform
• Modification or copying of materials
• Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information

4. Verification Process

Our verification process requires submission of photos for verification purposes. All submitted materials are kept confidential and are only accessible by our verification team. Verification decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Pirulo to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Payment is required for verification services. Refund policies are governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pirulo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
